Further to my previous reply the issues noted were. Firstly make sure you unplug the power lead prior to re flashing as the faulty info is still on board the system so pull the mains lead to the unit prior to flashing. Second issue,IF using a 64 bit computer it is important to use LOWER settings for data tranfer as the progam to flash is 32 bit. I tried 3 times and had problems, justcarkit advised me to use lowest setting to transfer (using the cable) and i completed the mission in less than 5 mins and was up and running again. Thanks again to justcarkits for the info.even though i think there leads is somewhat over priced but needs must and it works.
Hi, ‘No Signal’ can be a result of an electrical or Bluetooth spike on the kit, normally from jump starting the vehicle, an installation problem or using an incompatible phone with the kit. Also if the screen is now blank, this could be an issue with the screen itself or the screen cable. I would recommend contacting your installation engineer or alternatively if you visit our website and select ‘find your nearest certified installer’ the nearest certified installer in your area will be detailed. They will gladly advise how they can assist. Sometimes this can be resolved by powering down the CK3100 for five minutes or by re-writing the software to the unit by cable.
