Hi John,Thank you for replying back to us.SmartShare is a program on your LG Smart TV that allows you to stream media files directly from your computer to your LG TV over your home network. This lets you watch movies or listen to music stored on your computer without having to transfer thefiles onto a flash drive or burn a DVD.To enable SmartShare, follow the below steps.Step 1: Turn on your LG Smart TV and your PC.Step 2: Connect the PC and the LG Smart TV to the same home network. (In order to stream your computer's media files to your LG Smart TV, you'll need to connect both the TV and the computer to the same home network)Step 3: Click on Start Menu on your PC and search forMedia Streaming Options and hit Enter and click onTurn on media streaming.Step 4: Check the box next to your LG TV's name. Scroll through the available options until you find your LG TV, then check its box and click OK. (If the box is already checked, you don't need to click the checkbox).Step 5: Press the Home button on your remote and select theSmartSmare option and select Devices.Step 6: Select your computer and you should see your PC's name on theDevices.Step 7: Once you open the PC's page, you can select any media from your PC and play it on your TV.Hope it helps.
