Fruitcakes will never get you back to FULL stock if you have to have it, though. As the guys said above, RSD Lite CAN be a dangerous program if you don't use it properly and understand what you're using it for.
Otherwise, it's a VERY USEFUL tool. I, myself, have flashed using RSD Lite hundreds of times without issue. It's all in what you need the end result to be.
